A few tips to help your shopping. Our order processing is based on our internet store; orders that come in via the web are processed first. We understand that some people are reluctant to place orders, and post information on the order form because it is "on the internet". I assure you we take your information as being confidential, and use the latest and best technology to keep it that way. We are an authorized credit card processing store and must meet industry standards on security to stay that way. If, however, you prefer to deal with us over the phone, I understand and your order is only a phone call away. Our phone hours are 9AM to 5PM Central time. Rest assured if we do not take you order directly that all recorded messages will receive a return call. You are welcome to fax orders in as well. Our fax line is 270- 322-2616. Please bear with us, we are a mom and pop store and we will do our best to return all phone calls and emails, but sometimes, as much as I hate it, things slip below the radar. If you do not receive an answer, it is an oversight. Please tell us the hours you are available to be called, and the time zone you are in.

For our foreign customers, please enter your address and all other data IN CAPITAL LETTERS. It seems Customs likes it that way *shrug*.

God Bless you! I personally thank each and every one of you! Who would have believed that when we first entered the market with a few hand assembled parts we would be where we are today? Believe me, there is not a night I go to bed that I am not thankful for what YOU have done. Those who have supported Murphs\' through thick and thin are more responsible for where we are today than anything I have done. It is the money you have spent with us that has allowed the development of new products for a bike that is 20 years old, and no longer in production. Believe me, I am still as excited about the Concours as the first day I rode one. We will continue to invest in new products to serve the riders of the ZG1000/GTR1000 the "Concours". Have an idea? As you may have noticed we cater to other bikes as well. Why? Our customers have asked us to. Murphs\' is a for-profit company, we have made that clear from day one. However, profit has never been the number one driver of the company, just a fact of survival. I ride my motorcycle for fun, and I hope you do too. The last thing I want when dealing with anything "motorcycle" is grief. It is my personal goal to keep your dealing with my company an uplifting "if I owned a business that's the way I would do it" experience. I strive to offer fair pricing and outstanding service. When the deal is done, I'd rather be the guy you would like to share a grilled burger with than the guy that sold you a motorcycle part.

Now, if you're interested, the state of the store...

We have addressed known issues (that is PC, I call them PROBLEMS). The lovely, most intelligent, and all-knowing Ashley has speared the looping problem with entering credit card data, and has got the mean, mindless shopping cart to tell you what the problem is, or give you an error code so we can tell what is going on. If you place an order via Paypal, please read the script at Paypal carefully and follow the instructions to complete your order.
